Our company is mainly engaged in the design, manufacturing and production of precision metal stamping die, such as IC lead frame high precision die, communication, medical, automotive terminals, connectors and so on. Provide precision CNC custom machining and stamping die precision parts processing.
Our mould factory in Dongguan Changan Town, with 50 employees, including 5 mold designers, 15 mold technicians, processing technicians and testing technicians 15 people, the main equipment is: 60T-400T die test press 5 sets, all kinds of precision processing equipment 25 sets, testing equipment of 3D & 2.5D, and all kinds of testing equipment 10 sets.
Our stamping factory in Dong Guan Da Lang Town, At present, there are 200 employees, including 4 product process engineers, 8 project engineers, 5 QE quality engineers, 2 production process engineers and 15 QC technicians. The main equipment is: 25-60T high-speed punching machine 38 sets, 45-400T low-speed punching machine 22 sets, high-speed CNC40 sets, in-mold injection molding 25T-100T vertical injection molding machine 16 sets.
